is a post-doctoral fellow at the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (EHESS), Paris. She holds a Bachelor and Masters’ degree in International Relations from the University of Bologna, Italy and a PhD from Birkbeck School of Law, University of London, UK. Her research interests include: the digitalisation of urban mobility in Ghana, the dissemination of Chinese-set standards in infrastructural projects along the Belt and Road Initiative, migration policies in urban China. She has been a visiting researcher at China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) in Beijing, China (2011-2013), a research associate at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Accra, Ghana (2014-2016) and a teaching assistant at Sciences Po Paris, France (2018). She occasionally consults for Kili Partners, an advisory firm assisting clients to access markets across the African continent.
